Site Supervisor
Salary :

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities including subcontractor and worker coordination, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
- Track and prepare daily reports on work progress and manpower efficiency.
- Assist in resolving technical and site issues, escalate to superiors when necessary.
- Estimate and monitor material usage, conduct site measurements and verify accuracy of claim quantities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of on-site construction supervision experience
- Must possess a CIDB green card for site compliance
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and manage site operations independently
- Capable of leading and working effectively with foreign workers and subcontractors
- Must have a valid driving license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as required
Site Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
- Inspect and measure the work completed on-site, ensuring accurate progress evaluations, and verify subcontractor payment applications before approval.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor material usage, track resource expenditure, and ensure work aligns with project timeline and standards.
- Oversee material management on-site, ensuring proper inventory control, timely procurement, and minimizing wastage to optimize cost efficiency.
- Analyze workforce productivity, ensuring resources are being utilized efficiently and aligned with project schedules and goals.
Requirements
- Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering / Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing and industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
